The Education & Resource Center is located in Medford on the lower level of the Rogue Valley Mall next to JC Penney. The ERC offers one-stop shopping for easy access to education, job opportunities, health care, vocational training, business and community services in the Southern Oregon region of Jackson and Josephine Counties.

A resource area open to the public offers computer, video and print access to health, job search, education and training information for employers and job seekers. Computers are also available to write resumes and cover letters for those seeking employment.

Meeting rooms located on the premises allow convenient scheduling of day and evening classes, workshops, and meetings.
