Like it says above, this section is our help section. It has a list of hints and tips plus a map of our facilities in the Rogue Valley Mall. You will also find a section for your feedback on-line.

Below are tips on how to find answers and information in our site!

1.   Where are you located? The Education & Resource Center is located in the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford. It is next to JC Penney on the lower level.

2.   Can I use your computers to access the Internet? The ERC Resource Room has computers with access to the Internet for job searches, information on colleges and scholarships.

3.   Do I have to have an appointment to use the Resource Room? If you want to insure a space on the computer in the Computer Resource Room to write resumes or cover-letters, you may want to call ahead to reserve a space. For other information, you can just drop in. Call 541-779-7748 or 541-779-2489.

4.  Do you support Spanish? Usted utiliza español? Oregon Employment Department provides services in Spanish for the Hispanic Community at the Education & Resource Center (ERC) in the Rogue Valley Mall on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (541) 734-7506 or (541) 779-2489 x202.

El Departrament de Empleo ofrece servicios en Espanol para la comunidad Hispana en el Centro de Educacion y Recursos (ERC) ubicado en el centro comercial del Rgoue Valley en Medford. 5.   How do I look for a job? To look at job listings, click on Job Seekers.

6.   How can I get job training? Click on Student Information.

7.   I would like to get my GED or High School Diploma. Click on Literacy and GED Programs or call (541) 779-6208.

8.   Where do I find financial aid for school? Click on Financial Aid & Scholarships.

9.  How can I file for unemployment? The Education & Resource Center has information and forms for unemployment. 

10.   Where can I get child care services? The Child Care Network provides information about child care.

11.   I am a veteran. What services can I get? For information about veteran's services click on Veteran's Services.

12.   Are the services free? Most services provided at the Education & Resource Center are free to the public.
