What Does Excellent Service Mean To You?

To the Sixteen Workforce Centers in Jackson and Josephine Counties it means a job well done. It starts with the understanding that good service is from our customer’s point of view. What we do, how we do it, how well it is done, and proving we can do it again is fundamental. Delivering excellent service means creating a memorable experience for every customer. It means meeting expectations and satisfying needs—in such a way that we are seen as easy to do business with. A customer that experiences all that will be our customer again and again.
The Rogue Valley Education & Career Network has established a continuous improvement program to insure continued customer satisfaction that includes monitoring how we provide our services. Why is that important? Because the satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority. And, the feedback from our customers helps us improve services to them.
The Rogue Valley Education & Career Network continues to receive high marks from its customers. We will continue to improve our services so people in Jackson & Josephine counties can expect courteous, and comprehensive Education, Employment and Job Training services.
In our latest survey conducted 60% of our customers were looking for help finding a job or help in training for a job. 70% of our customers received all, almost all or most of the services they were looking for. Over 97% were very pleased or mostly happy with the services they received. 99% of our customers said they would come back or tell friends of the services we provided.
