Management & Supervisory Courses Designed for Business Professionals
Rogue Community College and Southern Oregon University are partnering to bring two innovative professional Supervisory and Management development series to Southern Oregon. Business professionals will have the opportunity to network with professional colleagues while learning techniques to enhance performance, communication and production in the workplace.
These noncredit courses are available as individual modules or, if an individual successfully completes the entire year-long series, a certificate of participation will be awarded. Continuing Education Units are available for these courses.
Rogue Community Colleges Supervisory Series
The Supervisory Series provides practical, real-world training for first-time or seasoned supervisors. These courses are also valuable to individuals wishing to upgrade their employability in a competitive marketplace. The instructors have first-hand knowledge of the subject matter, and provide information based on experience rather than theory.
